Where can I find info on Swimming Pool Safety Contracts.?
I have recently installed an in-ground pool and the neighbors comment on how much their children want to go swimming.
I would like to have a clear and concise contract available for them to sign and agree to various provisions. ie. A parent or guardian must be watching, must provide personal safety flotation device, no running etc…
Is there a web-site or general contract form that I could use as a template?

You may have to get a Lawyer or a Paralegal to make a master copy and have a print shop make copies in triplicate form, A good trial lawyer can tell you what you need to say in the contract and/or if it is legally binding.
