Suing public pool because unsecured pool floor vents- safety violation?
Well, while swimming we spotted the sealed floor vents [(releasing water) with writing from company on it.."Keep secured or may result in serious injury or death"..]. We found several of them unscrewed, loose, or releasing air. Is there, if so, any way to sue for safety violations?
Please & Thank You! :)
gosh, how rude, we’re just kids and wanted just wanted some information. The pool employees are very mean, and maybe that’s not a reason to sue anyone, however the problem is a safety problem.

Tell the pool management. They will screw them down. You do not have a case to sue them unless you were actually injured. The company that makes the vents does not set safety codes.
